Everyone's got an opinion about who ruled 2013 -- at Billboard magazine, the answer is Bruno Mars.
Billboard based its decision on the 1.8 million copies of Unorthodox Jukebox sold, his three Top 10 singles and the success of his Moonshine Jungle tour -- which racked up $46 million in ticket sales.
Mars attributes his success to knowing when to hold 'em and know when to fold 'em. He says, "We all know when we're onto something, like with 'Locked.' It was, 'Man, there's a good pocket on this song right now. Let's keep it going.' We also know when something's not jelling. And that's the thing you pray you will always have. You can't believe that everything you do is hot."
R. Kelly's latest release, Black Panties, is expected to sell at least 100,000 units and land a Top 10 spot in the Billboard chart. That may be good news to his ex-wife Andrea Kelly -- he reportedly owes her back child support.
Project Child Support conducted an investigative report into Kelly’s income and assets to help her lawyers collect approximately $114,000 in past-due payments.
Robert and Andrea, who were married for 13 years before divorcing in 2009, have three children together.

Heckle Kanye West at your own risk!
Yeezy gave a ticket holder in San Antonio the boot after she made fun of his mask. After hearing the unidentified woman scream for him to take off his mask one too many times, West exploded, according to the New York Post. He yelled, “Now, you can see my face on the Internet, every mother[eff]ing day. I came here, I open up a mother[eff]ing mountain…and you tryin’ to tell me how to give you my art.”
And with that, 'Ye had security remove the woman, yelling at her as she was escorted out, “Do I look like a mother[eff]ing comedian? Don’t [eff]ing heckle me. I’m Kanye mother[eff]ing West.”
The woman's removal didn't come cheap, either. While it's unclear how much her seat cost, tickets close to the stage have been averaging around $200 during the Yeezus tour.

Khloe Kardashian and Lamar Odom's marriage survived his drug abuse, but now a new issue has surfaced -- rumors that Lamar is actually gay.
The National Enquirer reports that Lamar and his best pal Jamie Sangouthai may be more than just friends, despite the NBA star's macho image. A source close to the couple tells the mag, "Khloe is devastated. She thought things were getting better, but now she’s being slammed with rumors that Lamar is gay. She never understood why Lamar lost interest in having sex with her earlier this year, but if he’s living a secret gay life, that could explain it. Unfortunately, nothing would surprise her at this point.”
Lamar just pleaded no contest to DUI charges, so if this one's true and he's in the mood to come clean, maybe he'll cop to it as well.
