Chris Brown isn't off the hook yet. A judge on Thursday said the he must continue to remain on supervised probation and come back to court after he finishes his overseas tour.

The probation stems from his beat down of former girlfriend Rhianna in 2009 on the eve of the Grammy Awards. The singer appears to be doing right on his probation. His probation officer wrote that Brown "appears to be making a sincere effort to comply with terms and condition of probation.”

At the hearing, Brown appeared with his mom and attorney Mark Geragos, but didn't say much. When he tried at one point to discuss his schedule, Geragos quipped, "I don't dance, you don't talk."

Brown begins his tour of Europe and South Africa on November 14th. He's due back in court on January 17th.
