
Lindsay Lohan might not be the only one in trouble in her lying-to-the-cops case. Her lawyer, Mark Heller, is reportedly being investigated for possible witness tampering. According to TMZ, the Santa Monica City Attorney plans to interview Lindsay's ex-assistant Gavin Doyle Tuesday in the presence of police. Prosecutors reportedly believe the legal eagle may have approached Gavin and tried to get him to admit that he was the one driving the vehicle when Lindsay's Porsche crashed into a truck on
TMZ also reports that prosecutors wanted Lindsay in lockdown rehab because she was driving with alcohol in the car at the time of the June crash. A police officer says after the crash a plastic water bottle was lying a few feet from the driver's door. The officer smelled the liquid and says "it was an alcoholic beverage, possibly wine." The cop says when Lindsay arrived at the hospital, there was an odor of alcohol on her breath. As part of her plea deal, Lindsay will spend 90 days in lockdown rehab, perform 30 days of community labor and undergo psychotherapy for 18 months.
