A woman is suing
The woman filed the lawsuit anonymously under the name Jane Doe, claiming she ran into Young at Crown Bar in West Hollywood ... and he bought her and her friend champagne.
According to the suit, the woman's recollection of the evening ceased shortly after she downed the drink ... and she believes it's because Young had slipped the date rape drug gamma-Hydroxybutyric acid (GHB) into it.
The woman claims she woke up the next morning in Young's bed, bleeding from her vagina and rectum.
She says Young admitted to having sex with her the night before, but claimed he stopped because she passed out.
According to the suit, the woman demanded to be taken home by Young -- he obliged -- and she beelined for the UCLA Santa Monica Rape Center Treatment, where she took a rape kit and was tested for STDs. She claims a test at the center confirmed she had been drugged, and determined the injuries to her vagina and rectum were consistent with rape.
Following the hospital treatment, the woman says she's continued to undergo psychiatric evaluations.
She's suing Young for sexual battery, sexual assault, false imprisonment, and more -- demanding unspecified damages. She's also suing Crown Bar for negligence.
Ive Been voting for her since day 1! Check out her Latest performance!!
(TMZ) - So much for a cooler, calmer Kanye.
TMZ reports that West emerged from a restaurant in L.A. over the weekend, and exploded on a photog - not a TMZ guy - screaming at the cameraman to stop taking photos, ASAP.
Minutes before the incident, Kanye had banged his head into a metal sign while trying to hide his face from a pack of paparazzi, and blamed it on the snappers.
According to TMZ, West restrained himself from going after the paps in the moments after the head-slamming, only to emerge from the eatery minutes later, even angrier than he was before.
TMZ reports that the pap told West he had just arrived on the scene - and meant no harm.
West eventually turned around and went back into the restaurant.
I would Probably do the same if I was in Kanye shoes!

(rap-up.com)Is a Danity Kane reunion in the works? The platinum girl group is reportedly getting back together.
TMZ’s cameras spotted four of five members, Dawn Richard, Aubrey O’Day, Aundrea Fimbres, and Shannon Bex (D. Woods was absent), having lunch with a new manager at The Grove in Los Angeles on Monday.
Sources tell TMZ that a reunion is definitely happening. The ladies reportedly plan to record and tour under the name Danity Kane, but Diddy won’t be involved this time.
When asked if they had told their former Bad Boy boss about the reunion, Aubrey responded, “Who’s that?”
The group, who was formed by Diddy on MTV’s “Making the Band 3,” released two platinum albums, 2006’s Danity Kane and 2008’s Welcome to the Dollhouse. They disbanded in 2008 after Diddy kicked them off his label (Only Dawn was left standing).
The ladies still kept in contact throughout the years. “Most of us all stay in touch and talk all the time,” Aubrey told Rap-Up TV in 2011. “I would love to bring it all back and get all the girls back together and have another little Danity Kane moment in life.”
Some went on to pursue solo careers including Aubrey and Dawn, whose debut Goldenheart was released independently earlier this year.
R&B singer Monica and her husband Shannon Brown are expecting their first child together. Over the weekend, Brown took to Instagram to show off Monica's baby bump.
Monica's bump can be seen through a blue gown she's wearing as she and Brown walk arm-in-arm. In a caption accompanying the pic, Shannon expressed his joy, writing "Hallelujah" and "I'm so blessed." After Monica reposted the picture on her Twitter feed, she was inundated with messages from fans wishing her the best. Monica thanked her fans and revealed that she is five months along.
Both Monica and Shannon Brown - who married in 2010 - have children from previous relationships. Monica had two children with rapper Rocko before their relationship ended in early 2010.
We've heard it before, but it sounds like Rihanna is done with Chris Brown for good.
A source tells the Chicago Sun-Times that RiRi recently picked up her phone and chewed out her ex. The snitch says, “She really blasted him, using language that made it sound like she never will get back with him again — no matter what people think,
Apparently she was particularly upset with Chris's comment that he wasn't ready to "wife" her. “She really thought that was a sexist, degrading thing for him to say. Especially after all Rihanna endured after he beat her and all that.”
Let's hope Mathew Knowles has kept up a good relationship with Beyonce -- he might need a little help, because he owes the IRS more than a million bucks.
The feds say that Mathew owes taxes on his earnings from 2010 and 2011 -- presumably most of it from when he was still managing Bey's career. She let him go in the middle of 2011.
Uncle Sam has field a lien against Mathew to try and recoup some of what he owes.
