Whitney Houston’s daughter Bobbi Kristina Brown makes an awkward announcement on her family’s upcoming Lifetime reality show, “The Houstons: On Our Own.”

She’s engaged!

But the Houstons are hardly celebrating. Why not? Besides the fact that she’s 19 — and still reeling from the untimely death of her mother in February 2012 — Bobbi Kristina is claiming she’s engaged to her “adopted” brother Nick Gordon.

“Unacceptable,” responds her disapproving Aunt Pat in a preview of the series premiere.

A defiant Bobbi Kristina later tells the cameras: “They want to see us fail. I got one thing to say — You won’t.”
