Chris Brown is reportedly under investigation for smoking weed while performing in Ghana last week. Police say they are investigation a complaint that the Brown smoked "Indian hemp" while on stage at the Accra Sports Stadium.

According to Accra's DailyPress.com, Brown asked the crowd, "How many of y'all smoke weed?... If anybody tripping on ya’ll smoking weed, [eff] them. I got my blunt right here."

But a spokesman for the charity that promoted the concert claims that Brown was actually acting out a skit "in character," and that the blunts he pulled out were just "demos" that didn't actually contain any kush.
