will.i.am has been accused of stealing a track from a Russian producer for his song "Let's Go" with Chris Brown. According to Yahoo, producer Matt Zo claims that "Let's Go" closely resembles his dance track "Rebound," which he released with DJ Arty.
Will.i.am and his label Interscope haven't commented on the accusation, but Brown did take to Twitter to defend himself, writing, "I don't even know who Matt Zo or Arty is. I ain't got [crap] to do with if you're mad or not. Someone asked for a feature on a record and I did it… I don’t listen to that [crap] half the time, anyway.”
This isn't the first time will.i.am has been accused of biting. British singer-songwriter Tulisa has filed suit against him for using her work in “Scream and Shout,” which features Britney Spears. And several websites have pointed out that his “Bang Bang” echoes the chord progression from the drop in the song “Epic” by Sandro Silva and Quintino.
