The zombie romantic comedy Warm Bodies was number-one in its debut weekend with a better-than-expected $20 million.

Hansel and Gretel: Witch Hunters, which was number-one last week, slipped to second with $9.2 million.

The Oscar-nominated Silver Linings Playbook climbed from fourth to third with $8.1 million. In 12 weeks, the Bradley Cooper - Jennifer Lawrence flick has made $80.4 million.

The Top 5 is rounded out by two movies starring Jessica Chastain -- the horror flick Mama with $6.7 million and the Oscar hopeful Zero Dark Thirty with $5.3 million.

The 2013 box office hasn't been kind to '80s action stars. Following Arnold Schwarzenegger's bomb The Last Stand, Sylvester Stallone adds his own dud, Bullet to the Head, which opened in sixth with only $4.5 million.
