Just when Akon thought he'd put all his legal troubles for that fan-tossing incident behind him, he's being sued by another fan -- this time, for diving off the stage himself.

Matthew Graham says that Akon permanently injured him when he jumped from the stage at the Bayfest festival in Alabama in 2009. He claims that he hurt his head, back, knee and torso, and that he's now disabled. He doesn't say exactly how disabled he is, though.

Graham is suing for medical expenses, lost wages, physical pain and mental anguish. He's also suing festival organizers.Source: TMZThe Angles:
